The Hidden Ones is a downloadable content expansion package for Assassin's Creed: Origins, released on 23 January 2018. It is the first out of two expansion packs for the game, alongside The Curse of the Pharaohs. Set in 38 BCE, after the events of the main game, The Hidden Ones sees Bayek travel to the Sinai Peninsula, where he will become entangled in a conflict between occupying Roman

Which leaves simple exploration of the map as Aya, which you can already achieve in Discovery Tour mode. I'm not against the idea, but any new thing implemented require dev time and the outcomes aren't worth the resources that would be spent, especially with Discovery Tour widely available that allow basically to free roam already.

A lot of the "AC" customs we were suppose to dive in, felt shoehorned. It didn't feel like a natural progression of how these ideologies came to be, but rather, done for plot advancements simply because the audience already knows of the formalities. The whole break-up between Aya and Bayek felt forced & terribly delivered.
No going back mission. I reached the point of the mission Aya: Blade of the Godess. I was told by Aya, that there was no coming back, from that mission until it's over. Often games do this, and it made me think I must have nearly finished the main story. However there are six more missions after Aya: Blade of the Godess.
AC Origins Discovery Tour update 1.30 all 25 playable characters including julius caesar, amunet, aya, bayek in multiple outfits, civilians, Cleopatra etc. S

Layla Hassan is the main character of Assassin’s Creed’s modern-day storyline, and she ties the two games together. In Origins, Layla is an employee of Abstergo, AKA the modern-day Templars

Ubi-Keo [developer] Sep 23, 2022 @ 1:47am. Hi hawk, I am sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Origins keeps crashing when you are playing as Layla. Can you please try these PC troubleshooting [support.ubi.com] steps as these have been known to help resolve issues such as crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

According to Septimus, Caesar was the Father of Understanding. But he seemed to be shoe horned into the 2nd part of Origins. The founder of the Assassins vs the Father of Understanding should have been epic. Instead he seemed to play second fiddle to Cleopatra and Flavius a lot of the time. Not necessarily. Khemu is one ending of it, but nothing says Aya didn't have more children later (although that seems unlikely). Additionally, 400 years between Elpidios and Aya, as well as the fact that Kassandra was alive for over 2400 years, and could have had more children (similar to what Pythagoras did), means that the likelihood of Kassandra's lineage ending is so ridiculously small EDIT: Some people have also suggested manually backing up, either through PSN or USB, at the start of the mission. There are 2 reasons for this; 1) if you happen to not find duplicate items, and 2) you can be glitched out of the Old Habits trophy if you complete any locations while playing as Aya.
Founded by Bayak of Siwa and his wife Aya, the Hidden Ones was formed as a direct response to the rise of a secret society known as the Order of the Ancients, the primary antagonists in Assassin's

Looking forward to doing both M and F playthrough. Don't let that stop you from playing Origins though - it's really superb. The story was that you play as bayek in the beginning, and the twist comes with bayek’s death and you then take over as Aya for the rest of the game. Not sure if it was meant to be mainly female led, but it definitely seemed like a much much more even split than we got where Aya is playable a small fraction of the time.
Play the game again, and take note of every interaction between Bayek and Aya. When they meet in Alexandria at the start of the campaign, things are immediately physical between the two. Aya actively ignores certain topics or stops Bayek from speaking about them, like her son's death or anything serious involving their relationship/marriage
